Our plant-based plastic rings are crafted to be durable enough for everyday wear. However, to maintain its condition, we recommend avoiding excessive force or impact. For the best long-term fit, choose a right fit size or slightly loose on your finger.

Estimated delivery time:

- Within Germany, your order usually reaches you in approximately 7 days.

Processing time:

- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a separate notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
- Custom-made pieces or one-of-a-kind items require additional processing time.

Delivery times:

- Standard shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days within the EU.
- Express shipping: Delivery within 1–3 business days.
- For deliveries outside the EU, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance and can be significantly longer.
- Please note: Deliveries to rural areas may take longer. The stated delivery times are guidelines and do not account for possible delays due to payment authorisation, stock availability, or customs processing.

Shipping costs:

- Free standard shipping for orders of €80 or more.
- For orders under €80, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Returns:

- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Please note: Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

- Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery for items of equal value.
- If you’d like a replacement for a damaged or defective product, please contact us with a photo of the item and proof of purchase.

How to Return/Exchange:

- Ship the item back to us at the provided address.
- Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. cacco is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
