Refund policy
We hope you love your cacco jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn or unused
• In its original condition with tags (if applicable)
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:
• Do not send back items without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.
• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and, in some cases, a return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if:
• The item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
• The product is defective
Send us a photo and description of the issue so we can evaluate it and arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Personalised jewellery
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or style), the fastest way is to:
1. Request a return for the original item.
2. Place a new order once your return is accepted.
For damaged or defective items, we offer direct replacements.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no explanation needed — in accordance with EU consumer law.
Items must still meet the standard return eligibility: unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank
