Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. Here's how cancellation works for each:

Subscriptions

When you buy a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose.

• Your payment details are stored securely.
• You'll be charged for each delivery unless you paid in advance.
• Some subscriptions auto-renew—cancel anytime to avoid renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders let you reserve items that are out of stock or launching soon.
• We may take no payment, a deposit, or full payment at checkout.
• You can cancel a pre-order that hasn't been fulfilled yet.
• Once fulfilled, you can't cancel, but you may request a full or partial refund (see Returns Policy).
