Your parcel will be delivered to your home address or to the nearest service point. You’ll receive a tracking number and notification via email or SMS when your package is on the way or ready for collection.
Please note:

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect information, we will deduct the original shipping and any applicable return/customs fees from your refund.
