Processing Time:

- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces require additional processing time.

Delivery Times:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days within the EU.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
- Please note: Deliveries to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for potential delays due to payment authorisation, stock availability, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs:

- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over €80 qualify for free standard shipping.
- For orders under €80, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns:

- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Please note: Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

- Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery for items of equal value.
- If you’d like a replacement for a damaged or defective product, please contact us with a photo of the item and proof of purchase.

How to Return/Exchange:

- Ship the item back to us at the provided address.
- Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. cacco is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
